Why do you need a floorplan?

It is important to have a floor plan when selling or renting your property. It is a feature that has proven to be very important to prospective buyers. In 2013 Rightmove issued results from a study suggesting that property buyers consider floor plans an essential tool when viewing a property listing. One in five said they would ignore a property if it didnt have a floor plan! They rated floor plans more important than photos and the property description, seeing the layout and dimensions of a property was paramount.

Floor plans are not only needed for selling a property, they are also an essential tool to have when communicating with contractors and trades people about renovations. So if you are planning an extension or renovation please get in touch.

We charge the following for domestic floor plans:

Up to 4 bedroom properties = £45.00
5 bedroom properties = £50.00
6+ bedroom properties = please contact us for a price
